All appraisals are confidential and adhere to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the International Society of Appraisers report writing standards and the ISA code of ethics.
Appraisal reports are comprehensive and include all pertinent dates, methodology, photographs, item descriptions written to industry standards, my signed appraiser’s declaration and curriculum vitae.
As an accredited member of ISA, I am recognized as a qualified appraiser by The Appraisers Qualification Board and meet the IRS qualified appraiser requirements.

Appraisal Fee Structure

There is never a charge for discussing your appraisal needs. Every assignment is unique, so please feel free to inquire. Fees are billed at an hourly rate for an on-site inspection, or remote inspection of photos, and research and analysis for a credible value conclusion. Generally, two to four hours of in-office research time is needed for each hour spent on-site.
